I am starting my first live in mothers help position on Sunday and am a little nervous - it's only 20 minutes from home but as it's 7-7 and only for a 3 week basis I am living in.

Just wondering if ou had any advice - should I disapear to my room at exactly 7pm and stay out the way, should I sit in the lounge with the mum (dad away) should I ask before doing things, etc I am a qualified nursery nurse and have looked after childen i their homes before but I don't want to get of on a bad note.

TIA

i would go with the flow
you will know what to do with the body lanuage around you
you may by 7pm be running to your room for peace or be roped into bath and bed time
