Hi all anyone got any experience of the above? Would love some recommendations. Apparently there is someone in Camberwell called Paula McCauley who is good so it would be great to hear any thoughts on her too!

I don't know her personally but she trained with the same organisation as me.. and she includes cake baking in her profile...
