Shocked to find UC payment of zero this month. On my journal it says I did not report my childcare costs in time so cannot claim unless I have a ‘valid reason’ as to why I reported them late. The real reason is I thought I had but it obviously didn’t save onto their bloody website but I don’t think this will work. Do anyone have any experience of this? What classes as a ‘valid reason’? Will be living off dry crusts and water this month if I can’t get the costs back!
