Preschool drop off and collection in West/SW London

I am looking to send my 3yo DS to bilingual preschool 3 days a week from September. DS currently is in a day nursery.
The preschool finishes around 3pm but initially I would like to keep DS their till 1pm. The preschool is about half hour bus ride from our home.
To start with I will try to do drop offs and pick ups myself the days when I work from home, pick DS up at 1pm and take him to the day nursery. I am worried the schedule may not work with my work commitments so I think I need to find someone who could do drop offs and pick ups.
I am not sure who to look for to do just drop offs and pick ups.
Shall I be looking for nannies or childminder?
How much shall I pay for drop offs and pick ups for 3 days a week?

I will need to find someone for the next year for reception school runs so it might be easier to find someone this year who then could continue doing reception school runs.
Also if DS likes this preschool more than the current nursery I would like him to go to the preschool all 5 days a week and do full sessions till 3pm. Then DS will need someone to look after him till 5pm or 6pm until myself or my partner finishes work.

Childminders work in their own home, so you’d need someone who lived near to the preschool. You could ask at the preschool for recommendations - or lurk around outside at drop off/pick up!

nannies would bring them home for you abd look after in your home and would be your employee.
