Hi
Looking for help.... I made payment yesterday to my TFC account and have just gone to pay my nursery bill as transfer and top up showing as in there (always been cleared within a couple of hours after payment). I went to make the payment as normal and it said there was insufficient funds. I logged out for a little while and logged back in to try again and now my account is saying no funds at all !!!!! And no payment made to the nursery.
Has this happened to anyone else !?!?!?!
I can't afford to lose this money or pay my bill without it.
Any help would be really appreciated as I'm now panicking I've lost it all. I'm going to ring them in the morning once they open
