Hello, I'm looking for a flexible childminder, if such a service exists!! My husband works away for weeks at a time, he is not on a set rota. I need a childminder who would take my child when he is away, but my husband is keen to keep our child at home when he is home. Can anyone help me if such a childminder exists that could help is?
