How much would you expect to pay an after school nanny with specialist SEN experience for three evenings a week 3-6pm in London ? One child with autism and one NT. Aware we likely will need to pay more than average to get (and keep) the right person. We don’t need school holidays but could offer contracted weekend and evening hours if that made it more attractive.
