Child arrangement

Hi, I am a bit confused about the court order for child arrangement.

In the Court order, dad’s having Wednesdays and every other weekend and half of all holidays.
The arrangement has started this year and try to organise 2022.

What I did was put every other weekend on my calendar (easy and no need to change anything once I set it up) and a parent whoever’s turn that holiday weekend takes the first half of holidays. And then when the normal routine starts after holidays, again whoever’s weekend falls in that weekend just take So sometimes a parent had the child two weekends in a row in a normal routine after a short holiday.

If I do it the same in 2022. It would fall in the same pattern which isn’t great because every Easter, Summer holiday and Christmas will fall in with the same person.

any idea how should it be done?

This year my ex got the first half of
Easter, Summer hol and Christmas.

If I swap the first week in January once,
Easter and Christmas will fall in my turn but the Summer holiday won’t be.

Friends who have split do one Xmas Eve to say 3:4pm Xmas day then swap

So both parents see kids Xmas day

Then who ever had Xmas Eve. The other had nye to nyd 3/4 and swap

Why don't you work out the holidays first and then the weekends? So write down all of the school holidays, split them in half and whichever weekends are left, split them 50/50? Or split the weekends every other and then count the holidays as Monday - Friday?
