Got a possible Au Pair

I have found a nice au pair at aupair.com who seems to be ready to start as soon as possible. Does anyone have any vetting ideas. What do I ask for to make sure they are legit and safe.

Ask about experience levels etc.

Are they already in the UK? If not you need to check out the legalities regarding whether they can get a visa and have the right to work

Visa/right to work
Police check from their home country/dbs if they are already living here
Contactable references
