Heya,
I am looking for an au pair for the first time and posting several jobs in several au pair platforms means I get several messages daily but all from
People who S don't have any way to move to the UK and don't have a visa. Does anyone have any agency they use or whatever tips can help me?

We use aupairworld.com. It has an option to search for au pairs who are already in the country. Also you might have a local facebook group (usually called 'au pairs in x - x being the location) and sometimes people post on there when they are looking for the next host family. Brexit has really affected this though, as many EU applicants now won't even consider the UK.

Au pair world is a good starting point. You could also try sites like Facebook or Craigslist as well.
