Do all parents just want Ofsted registered nannies now?

Trying to look for work but parents either don't want to pay tax or national insurance or they want ofsted registered.
I am experienced, qualified and only started nannying despite working in other forms of childcare for years. I don't want the expense of it as it seems it benefits parents more than the actual nanny? I know the argument would be that I would also get more work if I was to be ofsted registered but am surprised at how many are asking for it now.

I also can't see many parents volunteering to pay that as well as NI. Maybe I need to look into other forms of childcare work.
The three families I've worked for in the last ten years have been very happy to pay it as it means they save a lot of money long term, I don't know of any nannies who pay their own Ofsted fees if the parents are using the tax free childcare system.

Looking into other forms of childcare work might not make you any better off either, for me personally, I earn much more as a nanny than I would working in a nursery - even if I paid the £103 myself I would still be better off on nanny wages.

I don't think parents opt for an Ofsted registered nanny as a guarantee that they are getting a "better" nanny, it's purely from a financial point of view so they can claim the tax free childcare.

@SequinsAndGlitter I can’t comment on reasons like tax, but remember you know you have the correct qualifications, insurance and first aid but a parent wouldn’t necessarily know just looking at the qualifications on a cv. Ofsted or agency may reassure.
