My short term contract is exactly the same as long-term except for a shorter notice period of 2 weeks instead of my usual 4 and the inclusion of the end date with this paragraph:

"This contract remains in force until a new contract is agreed OR until termination with notice is satisfactorily completed OR until the
Agreed Termination of Contract; The Childminder and the Parent/Guardian agree that the childcare arrangement will end on [date]. "

All the absence fees and everything else remains the same.
