I'm taking the plunge to train as a childminder. Can anyone recommend a level 3 course that you've completed?

I have just left childminding , when I trained it was all through the local authority. I think Pacey offer a level 3 course that you can use.

Have a look at Rutland early years childminding agency. They are amazing. I have been with them since very early on. Loads of support. They are inspected by Ofsted and then Rutland inspect you. That's the only difference to being with an agency over just Ofsted. You still take on the children you want etc but with so much support, courses etc. They may not cover your area but have a chat with them. Good luck
