Got a woman coming today

I need to quote the bit that says no more than 3 childminders can work together

Can you remember which document it was in (children's act, EYFS?)

Nightmare I am going through MN since 2005 to try & find it

Any ideas?

I do object to being told to "prove it"

Thank Goodness I found it

Paragraph 96 - all that work for virtually nothing

Sorry to panic

Katy why do you have to quote that no more han 3 childminders can work together ???

Katymac · 01/11/2007 14:06

Because we should 'run the nursery as childminding' according to a business advisor I had a meeting with today

But actually she thinks the nursery is a fab idea & will be a success

Well done Katymac for finding it... tip: save every PDF you come across into a folder, then use Adobe Reader to keyword search them all (can still be tricky finding things though, but it speeds up the search).

I'm confused... why would you run the nursery as childminding? You can't do that unless someone LIVES at the nursery - it needs to be Domestic Premises for childminding. If it is Commercial Premises, it is a nursery, even if there are only 3 staff!

I know, I know I managed to convince her
