Childcare Bubble

Hi there
Can someone tell me if you can use a childcare bubble if it's not only for work. Ie for mental health purposes. Could you have another child in your house whilst they were doing hime schooling?. It's just not clear. I have a 12 year old who wants to form a childcare bubble with a school friend. Both sets of parents work from home. According to what I'm reading it is legal to do this as there is no definition of what 'informal' childcare actually means. Both girls are really struggling from a mental health perspective. I know of other people that are doing this. Anyone have any ideas?

Ready guidance sounds fine. Providing you only form bubbles with each other and if someone has to isolate it’s the whole bubble.
