Hi all,

I am trying to figure out what the hourly rate would be for this role. I'm a little confused and based on my Google searches, I think I've got it narrowed down to a 10-15/per hour ball park but may be wrong so wanted to check with you all to make sure I am being fair.

Nanny would be part-time live out. 3-5 days per week. 2 hours per day. No cleaning, no cooking, no diaper changing, no feeding. Two children aged under 3 years old. Nanny's role is only to play and communicate with the children in Arabic (the aim is to expose the kids to this language). Read them books, play with them using their toys, some very light arts and crafts.

If 10-15 is about right, or you have a different suggestion, please do let me know. I'd be very appreciative. Thank you!

Yes or a children’s language tutor.

Look on childcare.co.uk for a local mum whose kids are in school. It’s probably a ‘mother’s help’

@coronafiona

We could only pay min wage which was £7.50 an hour I think
You won't get a nanny for a rubbish minimum wage salary

This looks like a job for Koru kids. They have students who want a bit of money around their studies. You could definitely find someone who speaks Arabic on there.
