Bucks/Herts Agencies?

Hi!
Our situation has suddenly changed and now need childcare from the beginning of Jan ideally!
Eldest is going to preschool and think we’ll put youngest in nursery for short days.
So need a nanny for wrap around care term time (20 hours a week) and then would need to figure out arrangements for some of non-term time weeks.
Question is, how would you recommend going about employing a part-time nanny?
I’ve only dealt with childminders / nurseries in the past.
Would you recommend an agency?
If so, any good ones you’d recommend in bucks/Herts area?
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Are you still after advice @Throughtheforest2? Can ping you some thoughts if so (we're in Herts and have recruited 3 nannies) but I wasn't sure if you're now sorted.

We’ve found someone, thanks.
Going for FT nanny for a set period given all thats going on at the moment, so not stuck if preschool shuts.
Got to get on to the payroll companies next week.
