At what age can I no longer claim help towards child care costs through nanny's registration?

Hi, I employ a nanny housekeeper for my two twin girls ages 9 and have done for the last two years. She is fab

As a low income household (single parent) I receive financial help towards the costs as she is OFSTED registered, it is something like 70% I believe. I am trying to find out at what age will I no longer be able to claim through her OFSTED number? I can't find a definite answer online but have a feeling it may be 11, when the children start secondary school.

We are based in Wales if that makes a difference.

Many thanks

I think you may be claiming childcare element of Working Tax Credit.
It can be claimed until the 1st September following child's 15th Birthday.

I am little confused though about what you may be claiming. Ofsted does not exist in Wales, so must be the Childcare Approval Scheme, so you want to also check the rules of that scheme.
