Nanny isolating - pay question

Our nanny has to isolate for 2 weeks after coming into contact with someone with COVID. I would like to give her full pay as it's obviously not her fault but in the event it happens again which is very possible then I think it would have to be SSP as we need to pay for other childcare help. I just wondered what others are doing in this situation? Thanks in advance

If not your child family then ssp

If yours then full pay

That is fair
