Nanny and the rule of 6

Does the nanny (and the cleaner for that matter) count in the rule of 6? I am treating them as though they do but actually they are in their place of work so wonder if they are excluded from the numbers.

Has anyone seen any specific guidance relating to household staff?

No, it does specify in the guidance that if the group includes someone who is there for the purposes of work they are not included in the 6
