Managing Nanny HR - apps / tips?

I'm looking for some advice re. managing the HR that comes with employing a nanny.

We currently use Nannytax for payroll, pension and contracts, but I'm finding keeping on top of leave requests/swapped days/overtime and illness really difficult.

I thought there would surely be an app that you could use to log and keep track of this kind of thing, and I came across Daily Nanny, but it doesn't seem to have the functionality I'm looking for (it is more of a daily activity log book and to share pictures and notes and is less HR focussed i.e. nannies can't request leave on it).

If anyone has any tech solutions/apps they would recommend or tips or ways to keep on top of this kind of thing I'd be very grateful!

Many thanks

Not sure if anything exists. I find using shared calendars works well... Google and iOS calendars support that function. I also use a spreadsheet to track working hours, holiday. That seems to work fine for me and my employer.
