30 hour funding

Hello,

We are eligible for 30 hr and tax free. My LO, just turned 4, is finishing nursery and going to a school (reception).

I know tax free is valid until she is 12 but what about 30 hrs? Could that be claimed for breakfast and after school clubs until turning 5? Thanks

The 30 hours funding stops when your child starts primary school.
If your child is term time only that means the funding stops when they leave preschool in July.
If you are doing "stretched" funding ie spreading the hours over the year and sending to nursery over the summer, then the funding will stop when they stop nursery in August.

Ah I see that makes it clear thank you.
