Has anyone else out there furloughed their nanny and normally use an agency such as Nannytax to pay salaries etc? Trying to work out if they will automatically claim for the money via HMRC or if we have to manually. Their website isn't clear and no one is answering their phone (guess they are swamped today) but someone on here may have received a clear answer on this already... TIA.
