Old is a relative term. I'm old compared to someone in their 20's, I'm young compared to someone in their 50's.

Laid back lifestyle at the moment, doing little work.

Are you moaning about your 'old' nanny or wanting to compare the benefits and downsides of hiring an 'old' nanny compared to a 'new' one ?

Old nannies have Lots of experience and generally won’t get preg As either had kids younger or don’t want them

Young Nannies sometimes think they know it all as done then job for 5mins and often will want a child

Obv those two replies are over generalising
