I have been told to stay off work due to a heart condition as work in the front line as a nurse.
My daughter goes to a childminder for 1 full day and 1 morning.
My husband has also gone away to work for goodness know how long.
Am I doing the right thing by stopping the childminder?

Yes. If you don’t need to send your child to the childminder, then don’t. I’m a cm and will loose a lot of money from this closure, but I would rather minimise all contact with other households if I can to protect both my own family and yours.
Obviously if key workers are working, I’m happy to have their dc, but if there is another option, I’d rather it was taken.
