I'm about to have a conversation with my bosses about what happens if any of us catches it. And was wondering what are your thoughts?
One of my bosses can work from home, one can't. So if the one who can't stays at home (because their place of work closes due to virus), and they can look after children, do I still get full pay? My contract only mentions that they pay me in full if they take more holidays than my annual allowance. Does it work the same?
Also, statutory sick pay is at the employer's discretion. I've been with them for 4 tears, and never called sick. What is your employer's discretion..?
