Hourly rate for live out nanny in outer london (end of district)

Hi I know this is a much debated topic but the last thread Ive found is from 2015.

What do you think the range is for hourly net rate for a nanny with experience (7-8 yrs) but no formal nanny qualifications and reasonable but not perfect english? This is outer london with duties split evenly between nannying and cleaning

Where about in outer London, there's a lot of variation.
How many hours a day/days per week?
It's difficult to get nannies who are good at both cleaning and nannying.

Richmond and full time.

My friend in Kew pays £14.50 gross/hour and the other in Richmond £12/net (she has a gross equivalent in her contract).
Both are just nannies though, neither clean, just do nursery duties around children and keep the areas they use clean and tidy.
Both of them are Hungarian, but the speak pretty good English.
