Just wondering how much notice current childminders got from the inspector before their pre-registration visit? Currently going through the application process and haven’t heard anything yet but getting nervous that they’ll come at some terribly inconvenient time over Christmas/New Year! Also, are you allowed to refuse the visit and rearrange if you have plans to be away with your family? Advice appreciated. Thank you!
