Problems with nannypaye?

Has anyone else had problems with nannypaye recently or have I just been really unlucky?
I've recommended them to so many of my friends and now I'm feeling a bit embarrassed as we have ended up with no pay slips for weeks for current nanny and a final pay slip/P45 turning up 2 months after last nanny left us.
Tell me it's my personal gremlin!

I have never had any problems with them but must admit that the pay slips arrive with nanny's name on when I am at work so she just takes them from the post and I might not notice if she hadn't had any! Presumably, however, she would tell me! Will check with her when she gets back from hols on Tues but don't think we have any problems.

I've used nannymatters for 6 years and everything runs really smoothly.

Hi Millarkie, In my experience I think its just a little gremlin with you, all of my friends use nannypaye on my recommendation and none of us have ever had any trouble at all. In fact i would go as far as to say quite the opposite. I have been with them for 4 years now and wouldn't be without them. The payslips come to my house for our nanny but they are sent to c/o me, so my nanny never takes them! Have you checked that your address is right with them? I accidentally filled the form in wrong when we changed nannies and i gave them my old house postcode so didn?t get any payslips for a couple of weeks, but it was soon rectified once i called them and i got them all sent to me next day. I have always found them 11 out of 10. Hope you get your gremlins sorted out though!

Nope, I think he is it. Maybe a secretary. But certainly no one else on the e-mail.

I think it must be my personal gremlin that I speak to then...certainly not Graham anymore - female.
Well, I have waved goodbye to my last nanny and received her P45 a couple of weeks later (so better than last time) and her final 3 payslips a couple of weeks after that (so there was no problem with postcode or nanny taking them before I saw them).
I am nanny free until mid-July now so I won't be making my gremlin work for a while.

Am very glad to hear no one else has had problems though!
