Part-time live in nanny-how much?

We are exploring childcare options for our two upper primary DCs. One possible candidate would like to live in and while we have the space I had never considered it before because we only need 30-35 hours a week, rather than the usual 50-60 worked by live in nannies.
What would you say is a good rate for someone experienced but who does not have much English? Hours could be arranged to allow her to find a morning job elsewhere if she wanted.
Also, what do live in nannies do when the family is away?

Will you be providing any meals?
Would she sleep over?
Would you expect her to do anything else than childcare (prepping meals for the children for the example)

Sleep over, I am not sure i under the question: she would be living with us, in a large room with private bathroom.
Meals: not sure.
Duties would include tidying up after breakfast, making the kids’ bed, cooking supper and looking after the kids
