Keep older child Vouchers but tax free for younger one?

We're going round in circles on the gov website. DH gets childcare vouchers for DD(4). I'm about to go back to work after having DS(8m). Can I open a tax free childcare account for him, and DH keep getting the vouchers for DD?
I think not, but DH thinks we might be able to.

No, you cannot have both. You can have an overlap of up to three months but joining TFC you have to leave the ESC (voucher) scheme.
