30 Hours Childcare Funding

Hi! I currently receive 30 Hours funded childcare as both myself and my husband meet the eligibility criteria.
From January I will be moving to self employed, I will still meet the criteria but only during term time. (I will not be working or getting paid during school holidays).
Will I still be eligible?

It’s worked out on your average earnings , so I think if I remember correctly you have to earn the equivalent of £120 ( may not be exact figure ) per week or the equivalent over the year so you could earn more and work less hours . They will look at it as a tax year sum.

It's your average earnings in each three monthly revalidation period I think? (I'm in wales so I don't know if it's different). Can you email the relevant team at your local council to ask? Mine were very helpful when I had a query about eligibility.
