Please someone help! I have a 6 month old boy. Only person I truly trust with him is my mum. My MIL has several mental health issues and physical disabilities there fore not fit to watch him. She doesn't seem to accept this and always asks for him. Now my SIL texts me atkeast once a week asking to have him for a few hours. This should help me but j
In stead it angers me.

  1. Why am I not wanted in the company?
Am I being un reasonable?

It must be very hard for your dh's family to see you trust your mum but not them. 6 months is very young but in the coming months it would it really be so terrible to let your SIL watch the baby for an hour or so? You might be very grateful of that kind of help a few years down the line. What does your dh say?

Is it about their ability and methods or your anxiety? I get your mil has issues but does your sil.
