Car stickers

Can you tell I'm on a bit of an advertising mission?! Anyhow a couple of weeks ago I saw a car with an NCMA Registered Childminder sticker. So I got all excited about receiving my pack on registering. Pack arrived with no car sticker - rang up NCMA and they said they no longer make them. Does anyone have one they don't use?

I printed a card off on the PC states 'Childminder on Board, emergency Details on Reverse' printed a list of emergency details then stuck with sticky back plastic to inside of rear car window, does two jobs tells everybody I am childminder and covers a car accident, then leave a couple of business cards behind your wiper on the back. And yes before any one says I know I sound like Blue Peter! But it works.

Details are obviously folded so cant be seen behind the sign unless the sign is pulled of in need.

I got my sticker when I ordered the vacancy pack thingie from NCMA shop, it comes with that
