Where does everyone get their art supplies - cheap, big tubs of washable paint, rolls of paper, pvc glue by the gallon etc etc without breaking the bank?

have a look in your area for a place called 're-store'. we have a couple here in the midlands. basically, they recycle waste and left overs from industry for art and craft, stuff like paint, paper, fabric etc. you have to join, membership fee's apply, or you can pay about £15 for a one off trip, but that allows you a shopping trolley full of stuff, the stuff is free!, the membership fee is all you pay. if you join, you can go once a week, and get a full trolley load each time. if you know any other cm's, you could club together for membership.

We have a shop like lucykate mentions in our town called scraptore, which £5 annual membership and works the same, can fill a basket or a trolley for a fixed price.

Why not ask around, do you have a ntwork, your co-ordinator may know o somewhere similar.

Also wilkinsons have had offers on their craft supplies recently, and they had big paints, packs of rollers, chunky chalks, hand print paint pads, etc. Might be worth a look.
