how much do mothers help charge?

depend on which area you are based.
in london starts £7 ,£8 sometimes £10 if more than one child.

I check always ads and usually the price is £150, £200 and £250 per week.

Like nannying it depends on experience, hours, age, live-in out etc. Compare with gumtree ads
