Help with Childcare

I am a single working mum, working various shifts patterns. Working as early as 8am to 8pm and I'm looking for a childminder who would be able to collect my child from school until I finish work. I live in the Birmingham area, can anybody advise??

Your local authority should have a childcare search facility on its website ,or 'phone and ask for their children and families department.

I think you can also leave a notice on you Mumsnet local page.

Ask the school office. Many schools keep a list (sometimes on their website) or can point out the childminders who do pick up and drop off there.

Be sure to use a proper Ofsted registered childminder for safety and value for money.
