I have a ds age3 and a dd age4months.I look after a boy aged 2.
What would be the chances of ofsted agreeing to having a child age5 and a baby of 3months?
I would have the 3months old baby at the same time of having my chldren and the 2 year old boy but then the 2 year old would go and then would care for the 5year old and my children and the 3month old baby.
Has anyone else applied o ofsted to change their ratio and if so what and did they agree?

So you are after 2 under one - OFSTED reg do 2 under 1 - but you need to prove you have enough equipement

You are also after 4 under 5 - more tricky - usually only for existing buisness (change of hours or new sibling)

5yo - is not really relevant (as far as I can see) as at 5 his is in the next ratio?

the 5yr old would be fine as im assuming you have 3 under 5 and three over 5?, the baby would be a prob to them, you could try given that you already have one same age and play on the 'experience' and well equiped way..tell them how many children you would have at any one time and how you would more than handle it and how.good luck

I will only have 1 child over 5.
