Where can I find a bright and experienced nanny?

I’m going back to work soon and hoping to find a nanny who can look after my DC as well as I can (fun, engaged, bright, good cook).

I wouldn’t hire any of the people I’ve come across so far. Does anyone have suggestions for agencies that are particularly good?

Surrey is a big county, so helps to know which part of Surrey. Addlestone area there is an agency called Select Nannies run by Angela. She's run the agency for many years. There are quite a few new ones which have sprung up... not had much interaction with them.
For the past few years I've found my jobs via Childcare.Co.Uk

Try the Norland agency. They are more prominent in London but there are some in the Home Counties. You will pay premium but the standard is amazing.
