New child/Pay rise

Looking for some advice, I've worked for the same family for over 2 years, pay is reasonable. I don't charge top scale pay even though I have years of experience,as they are nice people, I'm not expected to do any additional chores other than care for one pre school girl. They also travel a lot and so I get quite a lot of extra paid holiday. I suppose in hindsight I did under value my worth when giving my pay expectations initially.
My question is, baby number two is now on the way so my workload is going to increase substantially once Mum returns to work. Should I ask for a payrise in line with the going rate ? I haven't had a pay rise since I've worked for them. I know it's generally accepted that Nannies are paid per family, not per child, but given that I am already quite a cheap employee and haven't had a rise, is this a reasonable request?

Has your pay ever been reviewed in the time you have worked for them? If not, then a pay review is certainly something to discuss.

No it hasn't. I think a chat may be called for.
