So my first question is - as a nanny how often would you expect a pay rise and how many of you have annual reviews? Parent's who hire nannies, how often do you consider pay rises, annual reviews etc?

Secondly - I have found nanny/housekeeper role for four children aged eight and below, the youngest being one, for 3 days per week but 37.5 hours. I am based in the midlands. I'm curious to what other nanny's would expect to be paid and what parents would happily pay for this role? I have six years experience and a degree including first aid, safeguarding, drug administration qualifications. I currently nanny for £10 per hour.

Thanks!
