Hi, I am a childminder and have decided to apply for a job in a school , of the criteria is have knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice/ legislation how would you word this... so far I have written many of my childminding policies cover regulations from Ofsted, social services and local safeguarding board.I keep up to date in latest changes in legislation throughonline social media forums, local authority emails, and through signing up to the Government email alters and then admend my policies where necessary.
I have completed courses in child protection, FGM, Prevent and Breast Ironing.
