Hours for part-time nanny

I need to recruit a part-time nanny. My ideal hours would be: 9.30am-3.30pm two days per week, and then just 3pm-6pm a third day. But I’m guessing it will be hard to find someone willing/available to do these hours? I could just do two days per week with longer hours, though that doesn’t suit me as well. Thoughts? I’m not v experienced with nanny recruitment so appreciate ideas as to what’s realistic. (I’ve looked into childminders, but not happy with the only one who has a space close to me). Thanks.

If you could do 930- 3 for 3 days then you're opening up more opportunities as nannies with charges at school may be able to help

I don't necessarily think you will struggle. Someone with their own child/children, or a nanny who can find/has another job that he/she could fit around it may be possibilities.

Agree if you can add 3hrs on 3rd day and have all 3 930/330 days up might find more candidates

And again if allow nwoc then more may apply
