Just curious, how much do you pay an au pair if she will work for you part time from time to time while she is living out? What would be the hour rate?

Sounds like a normal babysitter so £10/hour where I live.

I’d say £10/hour too, maybe a bit less if it’s simple babysitting in the evening.
