Interviewing a nanny?

I am interviewing a nanny tomorrow who will hopefully be helping us at home for a few months. It's all very new to me and I wasn't expecting to be in this position. Are there any questions I should be asking other than about her experience? Thank you,

Why do they want to work for just a few months? Be clear about the timescale that you need someone.

What do they enjoy doing with children - get a feel for if they are someone who likes outdoors a lot or indoors, good at music or craft, find out what they like and dislike.

Talk about the job role, what you expect from them, especially if any housework duties are involved.

Find out about their past, what they have done and what they enjoyed doing. Get a feel for their personality and decide if you like them or not, can you see you getting on with them?

Thank you very much. She's now backed out of the interview but hope I find someone soon!
