Hi- does anyone know the difference between council run EFL ( english as foreign language) and ESOL ( English for speakers of other languages)?
It seems that one is free and the other is not.
Our last au pair went to the fee paying course for a term but decided not to do the next term as didn't find it very useful, but couldn't explain why?
