Hello everybody, I am now enjoying a lovely coffee while mindees are both asleep, and the workmen are having their lunch. It's been so noisy with them drilling up my pathway!
The last heavy rain was at school drop off time, since then it has tried, but only had a few drops.

how was the friday night out at the over 35s night mo?

The nightclub itself was pretty much OK, music good. However, you had to be very careful not to look anyone in the eye! If you did, they immediately thought you were interested! (Male or female!!!) Me and Kbear got chatting to a couple of blokes from Leicester, they were working near by and staying at the hotel attached to the nightclub. Aparently, some of the locals had told them it was 'meat night' on a Friday!!! We didn't get home til 3am and Saturday was a complete waste of time, wasn't hung over, just desparately tired! In a nut shell - won't be doing that again!

i'm to old to night club now adays need to be in bed by 10 and asleep by 11 or i might as well write the day after off

I went to a wedding. A very weird wedding.

The bride and groom didnt kiss, talk or spend any time together, it rained all day and the bridesmaid threw a major tantrum in the middle of the service.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........ rumour had it they had had a row, and have been unhappy form onths. Derrrrrr.....like why get married?

Felt quite awful for them really, everyone was talking!

quick question for all of you.
On wednesday last week after a long history with DS school they excluded my son and called social services on me saying i was unstable and a potential child protection issue. They also said i could lose my job as a childminder. Socail services came out on Thursday and had no issues with me at all and infact all was very positive. Question is should i ring OFSTED and just inform them what happened incase they get a phone call from school?

Definately Bonkerz, the last thing you need is a letter or call from OFSTED saying why didn't you inform us. Best to be safe. Hope everythings OK.
