Minding kids app

Does anyone use the Minding Kids app? Is is useful?

It looks like it would be handy to have all the paperwork in one place. But then I think I'll have my accounts, my SCMA paperwork and then this app to complete each day? Seems a bit much.

What paperwork from it have you found useful and what have you both bothered with?

I currently have the daily register from SCMA plus the Care Plan folder.
I have my policies and procedures. I text parents with photos of what we did that day. I have an accident/medication log.

I don't have a SHANARRI record or a food diary. Is there anything else I should have?

Thank you.

Why do you need the app? I use Piccolage to put obs together you can do 6 to 8 photos quiet well add text and then print directly from phone, email or Whatsapp. Takes seconds so I do it if im waiting in car if OH is driving me somewhere etc. about once a week I Whatsapp parents pictures and any notes they need.
