DBS cert and ofsted

Hello
Everyone told me getting the dbs certificate could take an age so I did this early when starting to train as a childminder. It was very quick. Now after training and getting everything ready I am filling out the ofsted form and it asks if I have done one in the last 3 months. I got mine and husband's in December and subscribed to the update thing. Do I need to do it all again now it's over 3 months? Argh! Thanks in advance for any wise words
