Tax free or childcare vouchers

My LO currently uses a childminder whilst I work and we have signed up to the childcare voucher scheme.

I have a letter today from HMRC informing me of "tax free childcare".

Which is better value/savings? (LO only goes to paid childcare one day a week with the view to possibly going 3 days)

We were in the Same dilemma but money saving expert has a great comparison table. Basically it depends on how many children you have and total childcare costs.
